Vitamins without Principles

Again today... on my trip down humility lane... it was a abnormally sweaty day in the state of Rhode Island.. and I was especially excited about picking up debris in a parking lot in a place by the side of a River...

You see, in this spot... school children wait for their bus or at least that I what I was told... and in a very orderly way their refreshment bottles are lined up against a fence. Today I saw Arizona Ice Tea, Gatorade.. but the one that caught my attention was this new vitamin drink... I picked up the bottle and before I threw it into the trash bag I took the time to read the label:

--Packed with vitamins to keep you strong--


Wow... I thought, the parents of these children pay money out the butt to buy these vitamin packed drinks yet don't teach their kids not to liter.. which just so happens to be against the law in Rhode Island. If caught littering, you may be fined between $30 and $500. There is current legislature to increase the minimal fine to $100. I personally think that is outstanding... clean neighborhoods and streets make for increased quality of life for all community members...
