Fireworks.. it's Diwali!!

Not that I know really what Diwali is for.. Mr. A, one of our drivers say.. "it's you know, you buy things and you give it to people and there are a lot of fireworks.. lots of fun!". Great explanation man..!! So the Indians are out in force and the bomb blasts yesterday have slowed things down a bit, but I hear people aren't locking themselves in the house.. except for us! Which is a good thing, believe me..
I'd like to say a few words, uhum (clearing throat), "I want to go home.. thank you." (Applause) And in 26 days.. I will be flying back to that great place in the ocean called the United States!! I'm all about the Zionist regime/nation, who wouldn't be, oh wait.. the President of Iran and a good chunk of fanatics who call themselves God-fearing Muslims and quietly root for the end of the frigin world.. oh no, got that one wrong too.. the end of the Western world. Maybe we can give them their own planet? Sounds like a plan..
Today was a good day because I actually sat down at the computer, opened up my text books and FOCUSED on school work. It's getting so hard to want to finish this degree, Ha-ha, but I have to.. and I will. Nothing is really distracting me, except for the fact that I just rented my own place back home and I've got a melon candle to put in it already :)
And now for the real big news.. I have a serious dilemma, how quickly can I starve myself? I mean, can I do it with peanut butter and tortillas? :p Okay, enough of this self-pity, food is just around the corner.. at my parent's house where my Mom is anxiously awaiting my return so she can fatten me up (I'm all too willing to eat everything she makes) and the best part..... Tropicana "Orange Strawberry Banana" juice in the morning.. yummers...
